We're not another tech company trying to disrupt construction.
We're contractors who built the software we wish we'd had.
ForContractors was founded in 2023 by Rudy and Hayden Ruiz, both second and third-generation contractors who grew up on job sites. After running their family businesses for over two decades, they faced the same frustrations: disconnected tools, lost paperwork, crew communication breakdowns, and compliance headaches.
They tried every software solution available. Nothing worked the way contractors actually work. So they built ForContractors, construction management software designed by people who've run crews, bid jobs, dealt with change orders, and faced OSHA inspections.
Today, the product is focused on helping established contractors coordinate crews, capture field documentation, support OSHA workflows, track extra work, and organize cleaner information for office review.
