3) Accounts and Access

You are responsible for:

• All activities under your account and any user accounts you create for your organization
• Keeping credentials secure
• Ensuring your users comply with these Terms

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4) Subscription, Trials, Billing, and Taxes

• Some features may require a paid subscription
• Fees, billing cycles, and included features depend on your selected plan
• Trials (if offered) may convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends
• You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge applicable fees
• You are responsible for applicable taxes

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

5) Customer Content

You retain ownership of Customer Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. You represent you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit Customer Content and grant this license.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Services
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code (except where prohibited by law)
• Scrape or harvest data without permission
• Use the Services in a way that harms others or disrupts operations

7) Third-Party Services and Integrations

If you enable third-party integrations, those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8) Intellectual Property

The Services, software, and branding are owned by the Company or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services during your subscription term.

9) Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

10) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, fail to pay amounts due, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services stops.

Data export and deletion after cancellation may depend on your plan and applicable policy terms.

11) Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You are responsible for verifying output and ensuring compliance with legal or safety requirements applicable to your business.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount specified in your applicable subscription agreement.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14) Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
